Host has option to cancel, and all clients will recevie cancellation mail as usual. Does not allow rescheduling the meeting from both email or website. You have to manually do it yourself |

We can go with the expected approach. Not sure why Calendly does not allow rescheduling. |
We should go with Calendly approach, What if host reschedules the meeting and few of the invitees are not available? It's headache for host to ask all invitees about confirmation of timing. (Applicable for Q&A session by customer support team, not applicable for paid Yoga session). It should allow to reschedule meeting to only client.
We should allow associated bookings tab. When Host will get the information about recurring meetings from one link?
Suggestions in 4th and 5th screen to provide similar design like calendly instead of providing buttons like 'view details' and 'close details'
Group events in Calendly use email confirmations. Calendar invitations are not supported for Group events.
