Why clients are receiving two emails after booking a meeting

Your clients will receive two emails after booking a meeting, one from NeetoCal and another from the calendar (Google/Outlook). This happens because you have calendar is integrated.

1. Booking confirmation email from NeetoCal

  • This email confirms that the meeting has been successfully scheduled.

  • It includes all relevant meeting details, such as the date, time, and responses collected through the booking form.

  • This email ensures that clients have a complete summary of their bookings in one place.

2. Calendar (Google/Outlook) invitation email

  • When you connect the Calendar (Google/Outlook), the booked meeting is automatically created as an event in both your and your client's Calendar.

  • As a result, Calendar sends an event invitation email to the client, notifying them about the new event.

Can one of these emails be disabled?

We understand that clients might find receiving two emails redundant, and we’re actively looking for ways to improve this. We'll update you if a feature becomes available to manage these notifications.
